Broker, Ajeenah Crittendon has strived to be a consummate professional since entering the real estate industry in 2005.
Over time, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most knowledgeable clients [Buyers and Sellers] in the marketplace who were focused on the type, style, size, location, and price break of the Dream Home they were in search of having their ‘Offer’ successfully accepted, allowing them to move toward a successful close of escrow.
I have also worked with clients who had no knowledge or understanding of the home-buying process nor knowledge of the current market conditions for the home seller(s) who have been out of the market for a while.
My experience, expertise, and knowledge enable me to offer my clients exemplary service. I understand the importance of being a keen listener. It’s extremely important to fully understand your client’s story, what their family needs are, the window and/or timeframe they have set to meet and complete their family’s goals and objective of successfully selling and/or buying their Dream Home which will allow both Buyer and Seller(s) to move toward closing escrow successfully.
My listening skills are my key sauce.
My attention to detail, professionalism, negotiation skills, communication and, relationship building skills, market knowledge, trustworthiness, as well as being comfortable in my own skin to speak to my client(s) [Buyer(s) or Seller(s)] and express and/or disclose to them what they need to hear, NOT what you think they want to hear.
Effective, August 17th the new mandatory National Association of Realtors Buyer Rep Agreement is now law in California. The new law has opened the transparency doors in the transaction for all parties; Buyers, Sellers, Mortgage Specialist and Title.
This paradigm shift allows me to have a full disclosure conversation with my buyer(s) as well as educate them on the value(s) of having the Buyer Rep Agreement in place now that it is law.
The home buying or home selling process does not have to be a stressful, tension-filled time for either party; buyer(s) or seller(s). Communication, full disclosure, expectations, and responsiveness from all parties in the transaction are essential elements to closing a transaction successfully.
